Weigh in

My weight is now 11 stone 11 (165 pounds/74.8kg) so I've lost another pound, making that 11 pounds altogether. I've also lost half an inch off my chest and if I hadn't been bloated this morning I would have lost some off my waist too (it was the same as it was without bloat previously with bloat today).

Weigh in

I weighed myself today and I'm still 166 pounds (11 stone 12/75.3kg).  This is getting tedious. Admittedly I haven't been that good at logging my cals...I need to start making sure I have a measured dinner (rather than Si just throwing something together with no idea of the cals).
 
I've definitely lost inches (must measure myself today!), but I need to lose weight too to get to a healthy weight. That's all I'm aiming for.
 
Edited to add: I've measured myself and the only previously known measurement - my bra size - has already changed. I'm now a cup size smaller. Darn it, the one place I didn't want to lose much weight!

Weight loss update

Although my weight hasn't changed the last few weeks, I have wondered if that were because I'm putting on muscle with the extra exercise I'm doing and it felt like I might have lost inches if not pounds. However, as I haven't been measuring myself (silly me!) I didn't know. However yesterday I put on the green trousers I happily announced I could squeeze into a while back and they did up without contortions...and I could then bend over too! So I have lost inches!
 
Hopefully the scales will have shown some change too come Monday.

Weigh in

My weight today is again 166 pounds (11 stone 12/75.3kg). So no loss, but after all the restaurant and takeaway food and snacks I've been having lately, I was concerned that I might have put on weight, so I'm happy with this.
 
I'll see how I do next week but if I don't lose, then I'm definitely going to get more proactive and start counting calories at least (I use fitday.com to track calorie input and expenditure). I'm drinking alot of rehydration drinks (Powerade Aqua+ - no artificial sweeteners! ) atm and although they're not that calorific, they are 80 cals a bottle. And the Tesco Finest Ginger cookies I've been getting to nibble for the nausea are probably horrifically calorific for their size.

No Weigh In this week

I'm not weighing myself this week because on Monday I was at my parents' and didn't want to use different scales and since then I've been eating alot of pub/restaurant/takeaway food and snacks.  I'm hoping that if I'm good this week it won't have too much impact. Really need to get the headaches under control - with them I'm snacking all the time to stop them developing and I'm drinking rehydration drinks which have glucose in them (sooooo bad for my reactive hypoglycaemia too ).

My weight today is 166 pounds (11 stone 12/75.3kg)...so no change officially BUT last week I weighed myself after having been very sick so I would've been very dehydrated. So I'm counting this as loss.  

I'm still not dieting yet, just off the amitriptyline and very happy about that! I think I'm going to have to start being more proactive soon as the weight loss slows down. I'm waiting for a referral to an exercise program to come thru, so hopefully that'll be soon and will help.
 
10 pounds down, 26 to go! That's 28% of the unwanted weight lost already.

I weighed myself this morning, even tho, as I was chucking up last night, some of the weight loss will be fluids. But hey, I needed cheering up! Anyway, my weight is now 166 pounds (11 stone 12/75.3kg)...I've lost three pounds, bringing my total lost to 10! Less than 2 stone till my target weight now.

I finally remembered to weigh myself on a Monday morning! After breakfast (again!) but that seems to be the norm so I guess I'll stick with that.  Anyway, my weight is now 169 pounds (12 stone 1/76.7kg)...I've lost another pound, bringing my total lost to 7!

This week my weight is 170 pounds (12 stone 2/77.1kg). I'm saying that I've lost 2 pounds as this was at the same time of day as I was 172 last week.  Anyway, I got into my green trousers!  Okay, they were mega tight but I did them up! Couldn't do that a month ago.

I'm completely OFF the amitriptyline now and already have noticed changes in me (I say no to carbs now!  ). The pramipexole can apparently help weight loss - tho I'm not sure whether that's just due to the nausea it causes in which case it won't help me as I eat more soluble fiber and ginger biscuits to combat the nausea!

Weight...

As I'm now coming off the evil Elavil (down to 1/4 tablets - woot! ) I'm hoping that now I'll be able to shift some weight. I've decided not to stress about it much for the first month (especially as I'm going on new meds that could make me feel shite at first ) as I already eat healthily, but I have done a few things like buy low-cal salad dressing to make me eat more salad and low-cal rice cakes for snacking on.
 
My weight now is 172 or 170 pounds (the different numbers being yesterday morning post-brekkie (I forgot) & yesterday evening )...that's 12 stone 4 or 12 stone 2 or 77-78kg. My goal is to one day get under 140 pounds/10 stone/63.5kg and stay there! I used to be 126pounds/9 stone +/- 3 pounds for YEARS and it's my good weight, but I'll be happy as long as I get under 140. That's pretty healthy for my height, especially given that I tend to be at the top end of weights for my height even when I'm very slim and/or fit!
